Olivier RAYNAUD has been a member of the Marseille Bar since 2007. He is a partner in SELARL 45 Avocats with other lawyers.
He mainly advises local authorities of a governed type, focusing on the cultural sector, which includes both the study on the internal structure of EPA/EPICs, the local public service, and intellectual property law for the management of works of art funds, production contracts, performing arts in public structures or for associations, art galleries and authors.
Through his international curriculum and his membership of European law firms, Olivier benefits from a solid network of lawyers abroad to manage cases with other colleagues, and also acts on issues relating to foreign contracts or for individuals.
He studied law in Lyon where he obtained a Master I in European law and then at the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence where he obtained a Master II in international business law and a DJCE international option at the Institut de Droit des Affaires.
He has had experience abroad, particularly in Spain (Barcelona and Cadiz), which allows him to express himself easily in Spanish, as well as in English following his professional travels in Europe.
